I got the Connecticut Roll and it was solid! It was nice having a taste of Maine Lobster here. This roll was served warm, buttery, and with a slice of lemon. It was worth the $23 splurge!

I went to Spark Social and ran into this Food truck which had signage that is was featured on TMZ . I later found out I saw the founders on a Shark Tank rerun. I was curious about their Maine Lobster Roll. I gave it a whirl. The Maine Lobster roll delicious and fresh. You can catch a roll of lobster from the state of Maine, Without catching a boat or plane

If there's a Cousins Food Truck nearby, I'm there! My favorite is the Connecticut Roll, dripping in butter, no mayo is this version, thank you very much. Nice people. Splurge-worthy food. No regrets.

We were walking back from Pier 39 when this food truck caught our eyes. Apparently this place was featured in Shark Tank which was kind of interesting, and they also had a wide variety of lobster based food such as the lobster quesadilla and lobster bisque which sounded slightly different from the rest of the food offerings around the Pier. We decided to order the lobster quesadilla (~$20) and a cup of lobster bisque (~$6) to share between 2 people and sat down at one of the tables nearby. The table was blocked from the wind and had a great view of Alcatraz in the distance; the sun was setting, hence giving us a lovely view as we dined on our lobster food. The quesadilla was kind of small given that it costed $20, and it was filled with cheddar cheese and some small pieces of lobster. The cheddar cheese was a bit too salty for me, and I wish they used mozzarella instead which would've been less salty. Meanwhile, the cup of lobster bisque was good and had a piece of lobster claw meat floating at the top. It was nice to dip the quesadilla into the soup and then eat it.

I was in San Francisco this week for my niece's graduation from UCSF School of Pharmacy. Friday was the start of the 626 Night Market. There were a lot of food vendors. I decided to check out the food trucks in the middle of the venue. That's when I saw Cousins Maine Lobster. I decided to try their Lobster Grill Cheese Sandwich. When I got it, the cheese was gooey with the lobster in the middle of the cheese. The bread was toasted with a nice crunch. The side of tater tots were nice and light. I really loved this sandwich DJ's rating 4.55/5.00 Would I come back? Yes, when I'm here in Northern California.
